In the field of organizing congresses, 3D Project Studio has been active for more than 15 years. Nowadays, in addition to the technical organization that is necessary for a successful congress, 3D Project Studio will also take over the entire organization. This additional activity offers a complete assistance for the formation of the congress program such as giving advice, suggestions and consultations, proposal for locations for accommodation of the participants, organizing their transport and proposal for educational and entertainment content during the congress. We will also register and create a special website where all the participants from around the world can be informed and could participate in the congress.
As for the creative part, our team of experts will create the complete graphic design for the congress, such as designing the logo, graphic preparation for the program and printing all of the promotional materials (bags, pens, notepads, etc.). We create a special internal TV channel in the hotel with a broadcast of all of the congress sessions and current information about the program and other additional activities.
